We look after the physical access and tidying of the property, this includes:

 

  • Preparation for new tenants, viewing the property etc.
  • Inventory check-in and out
  • Empty property management
  • Spring clean of garden (2hrs)
  • Spring clean of gutters
  • Spring clean of external windows (2hrs)
  • External security lights upkeep
  • Documentation of issues
  • Emergency on-site visits within 2hrs

 

In addition we frequently inspect the property and allocate time to fix those little jobs.

 

There will be a full survey of the property with the owner prior to handover.

 

All this for a monthly fee of £120 per property.

 

Cleaning on an individual costing basis.
