We provide the following services in our monthly maintenance contract that can be chosen as required:
- External painting
- Masonry repair
- Soffit, fascia and gutter repair
- Roof repairs
- Internal decoration
- Supervision of trades and utility suppliers
- Bathroom installation
- Tiling
- General home tasks as required
- Gardening/tree pruning
There will be a full survey of the property with the owner prior to handover.
All this for a monthly labour fee of £99 for a monthly 4hr visit, £150 for a monthly 6hr visit or £185 for a monthly 8hr visit.
Materials are not included. 6 months minimum contract with 2 months notice, 3 months payment in advance.
