We look after the physical access and tidying of the property, this includes:
- Preparation for new tenants, viewing the property etc.
- Inventory check-in and out
- Empty property management
- Spring clean of garden (2hrs)
- Spring clean of gutters
- Spring clean of external windows (2hrs)
- External security lights upkeep
- Documentation of issues
- Emergency on-site visits within 2hrs
In addition we frequently inspect the property and allocate time to fix those little jobs.
There will be a full survey of the property with the owner prior to handover.
All this for a monthly fee of £120 per property.
Cleaning on an individual costing basis.
